Jesse and I sandwiched five days in Athens in between month long stays in Turkey and Albania, and even in that short time, we saw tons of great art in the city. Street art was especially on display, as well as Eastern Orthodox art (especially at the Loverdos Museum-Ziller Mansion), which I am much less familiar with compared to Roman Catholic art.

Right near our rental was a gallery, based on theatrical masks from Greek tragedies, done by artist Mano Pontikakis. Very cool, kind of scary, and unique.
